How long does it take to receive my order ?

How can I change my delivery address ?

Will you keep my credit card information ?

No, but we do use Stripe, a service that may have already stored your credit card information.

Can you deliver to my country ?

We deliver worldwide. Please note that customs duties may apply in some countries.

Will my items be delivered in a single parcel ?

As an e-commerce site, we strive to consolidate your items into a single package for reasons of convenience and logistical efficiency. However, some items may be shipped separately due to their origin or specific delivery restrictions. If you receive separate parcels, don’t worry, this does not affect the content of your order. We make sure that all the items you have ordered reach you as quickly as possible and in good condition, whether they are delivered in a single parcel or several.

What is your returns policy ?

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you have ordered from within the European Union, you have the option of returning the item within 14 days of receipt and receiving your refund within one month of receipt. Our priority is to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience and to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your item.

I have received the wrong article

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We apologize for the error and will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

My order arrived damaged

If you encounter a problem, simply send us a photo so that we can send you a new item.

Where do I send my declaration of return ?

What should I do if I have entered an incorrect delivery address ?
